I grew up with an affinity for visual arts, particularly those found in video games and films. I would spend hours in a day, dreaming about creating new worlds for made up video games and movies. That eventually led me to pursue a diploma in game design where I learned to visualize those ideas through digital painting, amongst many other mediums of art.
Keen to explore different ways to create images, I dabbled in photography and fell in love with the idea of distilling a moment in time into a single frame. I believe that photos serve as precious memories, reminders of past moments and lessons forgotten.
With an eye for compositions and color developed from my love of painting, I aim to bring a simple and painterly feel to the moments I capture.

A couple that lives in the moment and is only concerned about one thing. Spending their wedding day with their loved ones.
I realised early on, the power of photos. Powerful in the sense that it can transport you back in time to the very moment that photo was taken.
Powerful in the sense that it can make you feel what you felt. And resurface those lost fuzzy memories and feelings.
Weddings are the perfect place to allow me to help other people capture their precious moments, both seen and unseen.
How I approach wedding photography has largely remained the same. I am always on the lookout for ways to create visually interesting or different images, especially during the couple sessions. Nowadays though, I have channelled more focus and energy into being very present throughout the day. Simply to be able to capture the real and raw moments and stories unfolding before me.
So that means, slowing down and allowing the flow of the day to guide my intuition.
